The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Major Gifts Specialist to manage the Museum’s high-net-worth donors and elevate its fundraising efforts. This is a chance to directly impact the Museum’s meaningful initiatives and further its mission of fostering understanding and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of major donors, securing critical funding for the Museum’s programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the Museum’s major gifts program.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with donors through personalized interactions and provide regular updates on program performance and fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Engagement & Philanthropy, and Foundation Chair to support the Museum’s strategic priorities.
