Sharon Marlow
Founder and Managing Director

B.Arts (Psych), Dip (Counselling), Accredited Psychometric Tester (M level), Justice of the Peace (Melbourne), Grad Cert (Career Development Practice)

With over 32 years’ experience in the Recruitment/Executive Search domain, Sharon has significant experience in an array of appointments within a wide variety of organisations.

Prior to founding Marlow Recruitment, Sharon held the following senior roles in her career:

  • Senior Consultant, Accountancy Placements (now Hays)
  • Associate Director, The Link Recruitment Group
  • General Manager, Match Executive Search and Selection

Sharon has also contracted her services to Executive Search Firm, Oppeus, which was founded on the Korn Ferry model of Global Search.

Sharon boasts a rich and successful history of leading search assignments and her clients have remained loyal and committed to engaging Sharon, wherever their career has taken them.

Sharon’s passion, extensive network and hands-on experience have seen her account manage and partner with many impressive organisations and develop deep and lasting client and candidate relationships based on honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

In addition to her extensive work with her Executive Search and Recruitment clients. Sharon also works as a qualified Careers Practitioner/ Counsellor and is passionate about helping her clients discover, develop, and drive their career planning whether that be at school age or after redundancy/retrenchment or wanting a career change.

Sharon is also a qualified Grief and Loss Counsellor and works with clients on an array of areas, such as losing ones loved one. losing a job, or grieving what could have been in ones life.

Giving back to the community is a fundamental philosophy of Sharon’s, and she volunteers as a Justice of the Peace (JP), and she has also sat on a number of Boards and Subcommittees.

Brittany Marlow
Director

LLB, B,Crim, Grad Dip. Legal Practice

Brittany has invaluable experience in working with employers to ensure they are fostering positive and diverse workplace environments and operating in accordance with best practice.

Prior to joining Marlow Recruitment, Brittany was a Lawyer at Employment Law firm, HR Legal. Brittany has 3 years’ experience working in Employment Law and has worked with many clients.

Brittany is committed to supporting her clients to appoint diverse and varied candidates that complement and enhance their respective businesses.

In addition to her Employment Law and recruitment experience, Brittany is passionate about working with clients and candidates, and seeing wonderful partnerships being established for both parties.

Brittany has volunteered her time working within the prison system, as well as assisting students with resume preparation and interview technique.
