- Head of Mathematics (Years 7-12)

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Secondary Education/Teaching (enrolment in, or completion of, Master of Education/Teaching highly regarded)
- Current experience at an Australian School
- Current and full VIT registration & Working with Children Check
- Proven experience teaching VCE Maths with impressive results (study scores > 40)
- Commitment to leading and building a high-functioning Mathematics Department where staff feel empowered and enthused and students are motivated to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Demonstrable experience working collaboratively with all stakeholders, including, students, staff, parents and VCE bodies and building strong professional relationships/partnerships with stakeholders
- Ability and commitment to embrace and promote the ethos, pedagogy, and values of the school
